Vintage 80's black velvet dress. This lovely dress has the best v-shape low back detail (note: rhinestone necklace is the stylist own). High neckline. Long sleeves. Dolman shaped bodice. Pleated satin tuxedo waist with back rhinestone buttons. Pencil skirt with a back hem slit. Below knee length. Back zip fastening. Fully lined.
